I am Prasad Kannav, an Indian classical tabla player and a profound tabla teacher with over 30 years of experience in the field. My journey with rhythm began at the tender age of three.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of delivering numerous tabla solo performances in prestigious musical concerts and festivals, including the Hindu Sammelan.

I am a proud disciple of Pandit Arvind Kumar Azad Ji, a stalwart of tabla from the revered Banaras Gharana. Under his guidance, I have gained invaluable knowledge over the years, which I now passionately impart to my students.

My mission is to share the rich heritage of Indian rhythm. I teach online and offline through my own classes and also dedicate time to teaching at the Blind School. I prepare my students comprehensively, ensuring they are ready to excel in official tabla examinations.
